Stacy serves CivicSmart as its Manager of Sales & Business Development. She has more than 20 years of experience serving in the public safety technology, solutions engineering, and client services sectors.  She is a tenured leader in equipment & software sales, marketing, customer relations, and business development. Before joining CivicSmart, Stacy was leader of her former company’s effort in assisting local governments to advance public/private partnerships to advance relationships between small businesses and local municipalities.  Over the course of her career, she served as regional Marketing Manager for a major national retailer which allowed her to demonstrate her relationship-building capabilities.  She was successfully able to enhance the company’s branding effectively expanding its regional presence. 

 

Her dedicated account management philosophy, deep understanding technological solutions, and her effective communication style provides CivicSmart customers with a reliable and trusted source to further municipal objectives. Stacy graduated from Bradley University (IL) with a dual degree in marketing and merchandising, and holds several related technology training certifications.
