Innovative "Smart Parking" Company Selected for Wisconsin Tech Summit

(April 14, 2016) – CivicSmart, Inc., an innovator of patented on-street parking sensors and other "Smart City" technologies, was recently selected by the Wisconsin Technology Council to participate in the 2016 Wisconsin Tech Summit. This annual event is designed to foster technological innovation by connecting major and emerging companies in Wisconsin and beyond through a setting that allows them to meet and explore relationships around technology needs.

Based in Milwaukee, CivicSmart's patented "Smart Parking" solutions can be found today in 2,000 cities around the world. CivicSmart's solutions include vehicle detection sensors, smart parking meters, wireless handheld enforcement devices, electronic permits, and comprehensive data management systems. These offerings fit into the merging trends of "big data," data analytics, information systems, and connected devices (Internet of Things).
