Beatice Hiner, CivicSmart’s Vice President of Sales, has been regarded throughout the US parking industry as a major innovator with respect to modern handheld and related technologies. For more than eight years she has provided B2B direct sales and business development leadership for a parking management firm specializing in hardware integration, system support, and client relations services.

 

Beatrice has a proven record of producing exceptional, customized solutions and has architected operational solutions for both large cities and small towns throughout North America. She has lent her subject matter expertise to hundreds of municipal parking authorities within the on-street and off-street disciplines and continues to be a “go-to” subject matter expert the industry. Formerly a member of the highly regarded parking technology group 2Technologies, Inc., Beatrice was a vital part of the company’s sales efforts for the dominant US handheld technology supplier. Through her deep understanding of the industry, she gives CivicSmart a high degree of sales engineering expertise to assist in leading our next generation parking systems and application automations.
 

Beatrice has more than 25 years of software sales experience for state & local government solutions and is highly regarded within the parking and law enforcement communities. She maintains active association memberships and maintains leadership roles in several of the industry's most recognized management organizations. Her desire to create better, more effective communities through technology, shapes her business perspective as she leads CivicSmart’s efforts in the Smart Cities endeavors. She is an active member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), National Sheriffs Association, International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) and Women in Technology. 


Beatrice is a purpose driven executive who devotes a great deal of her personal time to a number of local faith-based initiatives she believes in, to enhance the lives of those who are differently abled. In her spare time, she continues to offer her energies to working directly with the local youth of her church and community to serve as a mentor and positive role-model.
