Mike Nickolaus is President and CEO of CivicSmart and has extensive experience in delivering intelligent transportation systems, creating innovative public-private partnerships, and aiding the development of smart city initiatives. Mike has 30 years’ experience delivering Smart Parking and advanced transportation systems to local, state and international governments, including significant executive experience with ACS, Dyncorp/DynRide and Lockheed Martin.

Prior to joining CivicSmart, Mike served as President and CEO of Duncan Solutions, a full-service parking management company and managed the parking services group at ACS (now Conduent) serving large and mid-sized cities in the US and internationally.  Mike’s career includes management experience from start-ups to divisions of multi-billion dollar corporations.

In addition to holding a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Economics from Dartmouth College, Mike earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
