Matthew Cusick is a co-founder and Managing Director of Victory Park Capital Advisors, an investment firm which provides financial solutions to companies across a diversified range of industries with a focus on long-term growth and sustainable value. Matt has over 12 years of experience working with growing companies on strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate development.

Matt has advised a wide range of public and private companies, and has led transactions both domestically and internationally across sectors including software, technology-enabled services, and consumer technology and was on the founding team of Revolution Partners, the Technology Investment Banking Division of Morgan Keegan (now part of Raymond James).

Matt graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance.
