John Fagan will serve as Vice President, Sales and Customer Success. David Kim will serve as Vice President, Sales and Customer Relations.

 

Both are experienced professionals, tasked with leading CivicSmart sales efforts moving forward. In addition, both will play valuable roles in helping to engage CivicSmart customers, helping to identify the most appropriate smart parking solutions for their on-street needs and working with them to create the best parking experiences for their communities, streamline their operations, and increase revenues.

 

John Fagan has more than 14 years of experience in the parking industry. He is an accomplished Senior Sales Executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing of diversified products and services. As a seasoned parking and mobility industry professional, John excels in strategic planning, relationship management, business development, customer engagement and retention, and sales management. For CivicSmart, John works with clients and prospects to identify the smart parking solutions that will meet their on-street parking needs from implementation to support and management.

David Kim has more than 14 years of experience as a technology sales executive. His expertise includes both direct and indirect sales. David is a proven leader with strategic decision-making and leadership qualities to drive revenue growth. David works with CivicSmart clients to identify the most effective to their on-street parking needs and provide them with the tools and resources to successfully support their customers.
