Cathy Williams serves as CivicSmart’s controller as she has been a valuable part of the CivicSmart / Duncan Parking team for more than 15 years.  As a constant and stabilizing presence, Cathy’s fiscal discipline and operational acumen is vital to our company’s goal of providing premiere services to our customers and our team. As Controller, Cathy provides expert leadership in critical management roles and provides executive-level oversight for functions such as supply-chain and contract administration. She has risen through the ranks from Assistant Controller for Duncan Parking Solutions and over the years has advanced to assume full oversight in her current position. Cathy’s span of responsible extends to financial administration, accounting, auditing, and budgeting.

Cathy spent her time prior to CivicSmart serving as senior staff accountant for a large certified public accounting firm. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Texas.
